Overview
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day
return and refund policy from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your delivery date,
we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
– Unused and in the same condition as received
– In the original packaging
– Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable products
– Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at
info@wearfor.us with your order number and reason
for return. We will provide return instructions
within 1–2 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility
of the customer unless the return is due to
our error (wrong item, defective product,
or print quality issue).
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect
item, please contact us at info@wearfor.us within
30 days of delivery. We will arrange a free
replacement or full refund at no additional cost
to you. You will not be required to return the
original item in these cases.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered
but you have not received it, please contact us
at info@wearfor.us within 30 days of the
estimated delivery date. We will open an
investigation with the carrier and, where
applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected,
we will notify you by email of the approval
or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed
to your original payment method within
5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after
10 business days, please:
1. Check your bank account
2. Contact your credit card company
3. Contact your bank
If you have done all of the above and still
have not received your refund, please contact
us at info@wearfor.us.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for
a full refund. Sale items may be eligible
for store credit only.
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective, damaged,
or incorrectly printed. To request an exchange,
email us at info@wearfor.us with your order
number and photos of the issue.
